Blessed with an infinite palette of colors and an unparalleled sense of architecture, the Polish pianist achieved stylistic perfection when approaching Beethoven, Schubert, and of course Chopin, his favorite composer.
Violinist Clara-Jumi Kang is an artist of supreme musicianship, impeccable refinement, and poise, as evidenced by the numerous awards and honors she has received since bursting onto the scene by winning the Indianapolis International Violin Competition in 2010, following successes at the Seoul Violin Competition (2009) and the Sendai Violin Competition (2010).
Her cycle of Beethoven violin sonatas with pianist Sunwook Kim, released by Accentus last season, received excellent reviews and nominations.
